Loving others is not just a virtue (Romans 5:5, 12:9) and a duty (Romans 12:10), it is also a debt that we can never pay off (Romans 13:10). Unlike the command to pay off every other kind of debt and not owe anyone anything, we will always owe others love. We must love others all our lives. And, in loving others, we fulfill the law of God.
