What does it mean for a Christian to be subject to governing authorities? Are all governing authorities legitimate? Is there any occasion or justification for a Christian to oppose those in authority? There are no easy answers to these questions, however, the Bible does provide guiding principles for determining the appropriate interaction with governing authorities.
