Our bodies belong to the Lord. Our bodies matter to the Lord. When we flee from sexual immorality, it is not only about denying the flesh to live self-controlled lives, but primarily about honoring the Lord with our bodies and actively pursuing “God’s righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart” (2 Timothy 2:22).
